Our Services
Our services cover the full range of wood processing work, from veneering furniture panels to manufacturing wooden drawers. We also produce kitchen and dining countertops according to your drawings, while offering our own range of standard products. Countertops are made from MDF or MDP panels, edged with wood, with the edges milled and pressed with HPL, CPL, or solid wood veneer. We also create countertop blanks.
Additionally, we offer veneering with wood veneer, HPL, or CPL, and can veneer your own blanks. Veneering and countertop production prices depend on quantity, so contact us, and we will provide you with the best price.

Veneering
We veneer with wood veneer, HPL, and CPL and can also veneer your own blanks.
We produce veneered and painted panels of various sizes and thicknesses for furniture manufacturing. The surfaces of veneered panels are covered with a wide range of wood veneers, including ash, white ash, oak, pine, maple, mahogany, wenge, and many others.
We manufacture veneered furniture components, bar countertops, join parts at angles, cut according to templates, and more.
Using a vacuum press, we produce curved veneered furniture components.
The edges of components can be thin (~0.5–0.6 mm) or thick (~2 mm).
Countertop Production
We manufacture kitchen and dining countertops according to your individual needs and design ideas. We use high-quality MDF or MDP panels, which we process with wood, edging, and milling according to your specifications. Countertops can be finished with high-quality HPL, CPL, or solid wood veneer, ensuring durability and style for your interior.

Furniture manufacturing
We collaborate with interior and furniture designers to implement a wide range of furniture and interior solutions. Our production facilities are equipped for both large-scale manufacturing and small-volume orders, making us flexible and able to quickly adapt to each client’s individual needs. Wooden drawer boxes
We manufacture solid wood drawers. We are flexible and can produce both small and large quantities, handling individual, custom projects. Share your requirements with us, and we will find the right solution for you.

Edging
We edge furniture panels and solid wood with PVC or wood edges.
This process is carried out using Brandt and Tempora600 edging centers. With these machines, edges are processed using highly adhesive, high-quality glues, which can be white, transparent, gray, or black. Thanks to the glue, the edges and component sides become nearly invisible, creating a seamless, unified appearance.
Drilling
We efficiently and precisely drill furniture components with an accuracy of 0.2 mm according to your provided drawings or using our specially prepared standard drilling templates.
Using these machines for milling, we can create various component shapes, mill grooves in doors, prepare channels for backs, hinges, and more.

Cutting
We provide furniture panel cutting services, tailored to clients’ individual requirements and dimensions.
Our machines can cut panels up to 3.5 meters in length, allowing us to handle larger sizes than standard MDF/MDP panels.
